Kendall Hotel And Suites

Our arrival on 12/30 we entered into our room which was dirty, dirty dishes sat outside our room for two days. Our linens on our bed had stains on them, we couldn't use the AC because it smelled like smoke. All this was reported to management at the hotel and they still did nothing about it. My husband and I are very disappointed that this hotel would not take the responsibility for the horrible housekeeping and management brushed it off as it wasn't their problem. We have stayed at hotels from the Ritz to Days Inn and never have we encountered such unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from management or housekeeping. ...read more

Convenient location and good facilities to get to major attractions within 15 miles.

I was not happy with the hotel, because the elevator worked half the time, the restaurant and bar were not open till late hours. There was not wireless internet available although there was internet available, the cable had to be locally purchased because the hotel did not provide one. And there was no laundry facilities available for the customers to use, if a person did not pack well enough then laundry had to be done a laundry facility four blocks away. ...read more
